Bar: 50 nm
Staining: PT
Characteristics
Plaques: 2-3 mm, clear.
Morphogically identical with T7.
?LPS27 produces large plaques on AK1012 (HER1200), small plaques on AK44 (HER1199) and does not plaque on PAO1.
In AK1012: latent period is 32 minutes, rise 22 minutes, and burst size is 10.
The phage adsorbs poorly to AK1012, better to AK44.
