Détails

For 1 liter of CAY:
1.5 g of casamino acids.
2.5 g of yeast extract.
20 ml of glycerol.
1 g of NaCl.
1 g of K2HPO4.
0.1 g of MgSO4.7H2O.
0.005 g of CaCO3.
Complete to 1 liter with water.

For CAY-agar:
Add 15 g of agar per liter.

For CAY-top agar:
Add 7.5 g of agar per liter.

Autoclave.
