Rogosa
Détails
For 1 liter of Rogosa:
5 g of trypticase.
3 g of yeast extract.
0.75 g of sodium thioglycollate.
12.5 ml of sodium lactate (50% w/v).
Complete to 1 liter with water.
Final pH: 7.2.
For Rogosa-agar:
Add 15 g of agar per liter.
For Rogosa-top agar:
Add 7.5 g of agar per liter.
Autoclave.
