For 1 liter of SDA:
| 33 g of Difco Tryptose blood agar base | or | 10 g of Tryptose 3 g of Beef extract 5 g of NaCl 15 g of Agar |
Complete to 950 ml with water.
Autoclave.
Add 50 ml of sterile horse serum.
Add 50 ml g of sterile glucose 20%.
