XPS

For 1 liter of XPS:
5 g of peptone.
15 g of sucrose.
2 g of Na₂HPO₄.
4 g of potato dextrose broth.
Complete to 1 liter with water.
Autoclave.
After autoclaving and cooling to room temperature add 2 ml of a sterile solution of 0.05 g/ml
Ca(NO₃)₂.4H₂O and 5-10 µg/ml of thymidine stérile.

For XPS-agar:
Mix.
500 ml of sterile XPS 2X.
500 ml of sterile 3% agar.
2 ml of 0.05 g/ml de sterile Ca(NO₃)₂.4H₂O.
5-10 µg/ml of sterile thymidine.
