High Tryptone Cytophaga (HTC)

For 1 liter of HTC:
4 g of Tryptone.
0.5 g of Yeast extract.
0.5 g of Beef extract.
0.2 g of Sodium acetate.
Complete to 1 liter with water.
pH7.3.
Autoclave.
Add 3 mM of sterile MgCl2.6H2O and 10 mM of sterile CaCl2.

For HTC solid medium:
Add 5 g of gelrite per liter.
