Alcalophilus medium (pH10)

Détails

For 1 liter of broth:

Part A:

900 ml of water
10 g of KH2PO4
5 g of peptone
5 g of yeast extract
1 g of glucose
0.2 g of MgSO4.7H2O

Part B:

100 ml of water
20 g of Na2CO3

 

 

 

For agar:
Add 15 g of agar per liter to the part A

For top agar:
Add 7.5 g of agar per liter to the part A

Autoclave.
Mix the part A and part B.
