Originally identified as *Burkholderia cepacia*.
MALDI-TOF analysis resulted in Achromobacter xylosoxidans as well as the API test.
The single test for oxidase was positive (likely to be Achromobacter).
Partial sequencing resulted in Achromobacter spec., with the following pairwise similarity ranking: A. ruhlandii (98.747), A. denitrificans (98.585), A. xylosoxidans (98.561), A. insolitus (98.529).
